Following a career break to travel the world for a year, Laura started her career in Financial Services in 2018. This change was inspired by a desire to help people make informed financial decisions; having seen the positive impact this can have in people’s lives. Since then, she has gained valuable experience in Wealth Management and having achieved her Diploma in Financial Services followed by her Chartership, she is currently working towards Fellowship – which is the highest qualification offered by the Personal Finance Society.

As a Chartered Financial Planner, Laura is currently supporting our Financial Planners in a Paraplanning role to provide holistic and realistic financial plans for clients.  Laura is passionate about ensuring our clients have a thorough understanding of their options to secure their financial future. In addition to helping our clients, she also has a desire to improve the financial education available for teenagers, so they have the relevant knowledge and skillset as they move towards financial independence.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys nothing more than exploring new countries and cultures, finding new routes to hike and inevitably has her head in a textbook for her next exam.

Likes: Supporting others to achieve their ambitions, travelling, being outdoors and kindness.

Dislikes: Ignorance and rudeness
